THE PEN
Jesse was 10 years old when he felt called to write songs. After years of living a prodigal lifestyle, he came home to the Heavenly Father in 2012. He is a songwriter, rapper, and artist who writes from a life transformed by Jesus, a love for Scripture and the presence of God, and the conviction that the whole world needs to know the Good News of God’s love in Christ.
His solo work lives beside — but distinct from — the music he makes with his wife under Jesse and Iam.
Beyond music, Jesse is the author of Sons Before Fathers and a co-founder of the global Christian ministry Be Loved and Be Love which focuses on equipping believers worldwide to live in intimacy with God, identity in Christ, and practical discipleship.
He’s traveled to over 35+ countries around the world and has beheld both deep poverty and sky scraping cathedrals.
